Shoppes @ Inlet East is a planned mixed-use commercial development situated on US Highway 98 in Inlet Beach, South Walton — the eastern gateway to the 30A corridor. The site spans approximately 2.27 acres and is designed to serve the growing residential and visitor population of South Walton with a curated mix of restaurant and retail tenants.

The Program
Two Components. One Destination.
The development is organized around two primary components: a freestanding restaurant anchor on the west end and a connected retail building to the east, linked by a covered breezeway designed to encourage pedestrian flow and create a cohesive destination experience.
Restaurant Anchor
Freestanding full-service restaurant with indoor-outdoor dining, a distinctive tower element, and covered entry — planned for the west end of the site fronting US 98.
Retail Building
Warm-shell retail space to the east of the restaurant, connected via a covered breezeway. Suitable for boutique retail, service, or food-and-beverage concepts.
Total Site
The full development parcel on US Highway 98, Inlet Beach, South Walton, Florida — at the eastern gateway to the 30A corridor.
Design & Materials
Coastal Materials. Enduring Character.
The architectural vision for Shoppes @ Inlet East draws from the vernacular of the Gulf Coast — warm wood tones, standing-seam metal roofing, board-and-batten siding, and generous covered outdoor spaces. The restaurant anchor is planned to feature a distinctive tower element visible from US 98, establishing a landmark presence at the site's western entry. The retail building continues the material palette in a more restrained register, with a covered walkway and storefront glazing designed to invite pedestrian engagement.
